Made-to-Order paintings have a typical wait time of 6-8 weeks. You can also refer to your email order confirmation page for fulfillment timelines for Made-to-order (pre-ordered/backorded) items (Philippine, China, U.S.A. holidays, and other extenuating circumstances not included). Once all items are in-house, ready to ship and processed, we will be shipping via FedEx International Priority.

Custom paintings are non-refundable.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO DO WHEN YOU MAKE AN ORDER:
1) Use an email address which is active and is the one you check especially for order and shipping notifications.
2) Include a country code and area code included in your shipping information.
3) Give an alternative address if you have a military or P.O. Box address because we do not have the capability to ship to those addresses.
4) Look for your order confirmation email when you make an order and read the email to learn more about how we process your orders.

SHIPPING UPDATE (Effective October 9, 2019) - We are pleased to announce that we have switched to FedEx. We were able to get International Priority service at a lower rate than we were getting with DHL. What does this mean? It means even faster shipping for lower rates! How fast? According to FedEx, International Priority means:

Delivery typically in 1 to 3 business days, next business day to the U.S., Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean from most countries. Reach major cities in Europe by 10:30 am typically in two business days. Ship any package up to 68 kg.

To give you a sense of how much cheaper our shipping is now, to US destinations, current rates are close to 30% cheaper than our original $40 flat rate to about 1.5kg and about 50% after we stopped subsidizing and followed DHL's published rates!

Furthermore, FedEx International Priority is typically more expensive than DHL but faster by 2-4 days, but with the rates we were able to broker, we can pass on the savings to you!
